Repair Service

Clearfuel Limited can offer a in house repair service on oil fired burners. The burner repair cost are quoted before any work is done. The burner are repaired to the manufacture specification.

After the burner is repaired it will be test fired on 28 or 35sec oil. This is to make shore the operation of the burner is working, at this time the flame fail safe, Lock out etc is tested.

The burner will then be electrical flash tested and other electrical tests will be done.

Oil pump pressure are also set at this time.

Other tested can be done on the burner if required by manufacture.

On all new, reworked, repaired, modified burner test record sheet are completed and return of the burner unit.
