CLEARFUEL LIMITED  LOW-PRESSURE BURNER

 

The CLEARFUEL LIMITED low-pressure burner are used to burn heavy fuel oil, light oil, used vegetable oil or used oil engine oil collected in garage repair shops, etc.  

 

 The burner operates according to the emulsion principle. Due to a perfect mixture (emulsion) of fuel oil and of a part of primary air in the compressor and its subsequent atomising in the nozzle, a perfect combustion is obtained. No harm is done to the environment, as combustion values demonstrably fall within the standards in force.

 

CLEARFUEL LIMITED are known for producing sturdy construction burner. The high quality mechanical parts of the compressor (rotor, blades and liner) and of the delivery pump (rotor, piston, ring) of special hardened steel, assure a long life and give the highest reliability of service ever when running on used oil.

 

All principal components of the burners are fixed to a spiral aluminium body creating a sturdy, monolithic structure. Their components can be reached comfortably: maintenance and cleaning are easily carried out. For a perfect regulation of the fuel combustion, all burners have electrical control equipment, thermostats, manometers etc.
